Almond Protein Bars

Method


  1. Line a tray with parchment paper. In a food processor, process the almonds for 45-60 seconds, until they are a crumb-like consistency.
  2. Add the flax seeds, protein powder and blend again until combined. Then add the vanilla, rice malt syrup, oil and milk. Process until the mixture combines together (it should be a sticky like consistency).
  3. Press the mixture down into the prepared tray. Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the top. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  4. Once set, cut into bar slices. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
