Asian Salmon Noodles

Method


  1. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute. Add the chopped veggies and stir-fry until they start to become soft.
  3. While the veggies are cooking add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
  4. Once the veggies are cooked flake the salmon and add to the pan. Add half the sauce and mix for 1-2 minutes. Add the noodles and mix until the noodles are completely coated.
  5. Stir through the spinach
  6. Serve and enjoy.
