Asian Salmon Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 Packet of Slendier Soy Fettuccine OR Egg Noodles
- 300g Hot Smoked Salmon Pepper
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1 Head Broccoli, cut into smaller florets
- 1 Red Capsicum, cut into strips
- 2 Zucchini, cut into quarter moons
- 1 Carrot, cut into half-moons
- 2 Handful Spinach
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Ketchup Manis
- 1 Tsp Corn Flour
- White Pepper
Method
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Set aside.
- Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute. Add the chopped veggies and stir-fry until they start to become soft.
- While the veggies are cooking add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Once the veggies are cooked flake the salmon and add to the pan. Add half the sauce and mix for 1-2 minutes. Add the noodles and mix until the noodles are completely coated.
- Stir through the spinach
- Serve and enjoy.
