Choc Berry Banana Muffin

Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 170 Degrees Celsius. Line 8 muffin tin holes with patty cases and set them aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mash the bananas. Mix in the eggs, melted nuttalex, rice malt syrup and vanilla. Whisk to combine.
  3. Sift in plain flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Fold in Frozen raspberries and dark chocolate.
  4. Spoon evenly into patty cases. Bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer once inserted comes out clean.
