These Cookie Dough Bites are the perfect afternoon 'pick-me-up' snack. They are sweet with a soft chewy consistency. Because they have added protein in them, they will keep you full and satisfied.
Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond meal
- ½ cup protein powder
- 4 tbsp nut butter of choice (I typically use half almond and half peanut butter)
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1-4 tbsp Almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 70g Chocolate chips
Method
- Add all ingredients to a bowl. With a wooden spoon stir until well combined.
- Roll into bite sizes balls. Place in a container and allow to set in the fridge.
- Store in the fridge.
