Choc Coconut Weetbix Slice

Method


  1. Crush the weetbix in a bowl. Add the coconut, cacao powder, biscoff and rice malt syrup. Stir until well combined.
  2. Line a container or tray with baking paper. Spread the mixture over the lined container and press it down firmly.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate over the top. Optional sprinkle coconut over the top. Place in the fridge to set.
  4. Once set, cut into 10 pieces.
