
Choc Coconut Weetbix Slice
Ingredients
- 6 Coconut Cranberry Weetbixs
- 1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1/4 Cup Biscoff, melted
- 3 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 100g Chocolate, melted *optional to use DF chocolate if vegan
Method
- Crush the weetbix in a bowl. Add the coconut, cacao powder, biscoff and rice malt syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Line a container or tray with baking paper. Spread the mixture over the lined container and press it down firmly.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the top. Optional sprinkle coconut over the top. Place in the fridge to set.
- Once set, cut into 10 pieces.
