Choc Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Nuts
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Cranberries
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 3-4 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Melted Nuttelex
- Pinch Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Spread evenly over prepared tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
