You would never know that there is a vegetable hidden in these brownies. You just can't go wrong with these chocolate brownies, they are soft and moist with a crispy outer layer. They are sweet and perfect served warm with ice cream.

Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl (flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt). Stir to combine.
  3. To a separate bowl mix the pumpkin, maple syrup, nuttalex, egg and vanilla essence.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix. Add the melted chocolate and gently mix.
  5. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking tin and bake for 10-20 minutes. A skewer should come out clean when inserted. Allow to cool before cutting.
