Cinnamon Crunch French Toast
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- Bread 2 slices (90g)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- Blueberries, frozen so they make a blueberry sauce
- Yoghurt
- Coconut
Method
- To a bowl add the egg, vanilla. cinnamon, milk and maple syrup. Whisk together.
- Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the bread into the egg mixture, press the bread down so it soaks up the mixture.
- Place the eggy bread onto the hot frying pan. Cook until golden on each side.
- Top with toppings and enjoy.
