Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 8 Medjool Dates, pitted and soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 60g Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp Sprinkles
Method
- To a blender add the oats and protein powder. Blend until the oats turn into a flour consistency.
- To the blender add the dates + 2 Tbsp date water, almond butter, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Blend until a dough is formed.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl. Add the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Mix with hands. Press down into a tray lined with baking paper. Add more sprinkles on top is desired. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Once set chop into cookie dough bites. *store in an airtight container in the fridge.
