Method


  1. To a blender add the oats and protein powder. Blend until the oats turn into a flour consistency.
  2. To the blender add the dates + 2 Tbsp date water, almond butter, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Blend until a dough is formed.
  3. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Add the chocolate chips and sprinkles. Mix with hands. Press down into a tray lined with baking paper. Add more sprinkles on top is desired. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  4. Once set chop into cookie dough bites. *store in an airtight container in the fridge.
