If you are a Biscoff lover then you will LOVE this protein slice. It is crispy but soft and is perfectly paired with a hot chocolate or cup or tea.
Cookie Spread Protein Slice
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Oat Flour (blended oats)
- ½ Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp Maca Powder
- 5 Tbsp Cookie Spread
- 4 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- Pinch Salt
- Oat Milk
- 60g Dark Chocolate, melted
Method
- Add the oat flour, protein powder and maca powder to a bowl. Stir to combine
- Melt the cookie spread and add to the dry ingredients, add the rice malt syrup and a pinch of salt. Stir until it starts to come together. Add a dash of oat milk and using your hands bring the mixture together
- Line a baking tin with parchment paper. Add the mixture and press down flat with hands.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top. Place the slice in the freezer to set for 20 minutes.
- Cut into slices and keep stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
