Cookie Spread Protein Slice


Ingredients



Method


  1. Add the oat flour, protein powder and maca powder to a bowl. Stir to combine
  2. Melt the cookie spread and add to the dry ingredients, add the rice malt syrup and a pinch of salt. Stir until it starts to come together. Add a dash of oat milk and using your hands bring the mixture together
  3. Line a baking tin with parchment paper. Add the mixture and press down flat with hands.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the top. Place the slice in the freezer to set for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into slices and keep stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
