Method


  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl add oats, protein powder, water and vanilla essence. Stir until mixed together.
  2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from the microwave (the bowl may be hot so be careful). Stir again.
  4. Add the toppings strawberries, maple syrup and almond butter.
  5. Enjoy this hearty, healthy breakfast
