Crispy Caramel Protein Bars
Ingredients
BASE
- 2 Cups Rice Puffs
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 3 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Melted Pana Cashew Caramel Spread OR Biscoff Spread
MIDDLE
- 30g Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 4 Tbsp Pana Cashew Caramel Spread
- 1/2-1 Tbsp Cashew Milk
TOP
- 150g Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1-2 Tbsp Rice Puffs
Method
- For the base add all the base ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined. Press down into a tray or container that has been lined with baking paper. Set aside.
- For the middle add all the middle ingredients together in a bowl and stir until well combined. Spread over the base and set aside.
- For the top add the rice puffs to the melted chocolate and stir. Pour over the caramel layer. Place the slice in the fridge or freezer to set. Once set cut into 12 pieces.
