Crispy Tofu Salad

Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and chilli in a bowl. Add the tofu to the bowl, leave to marinate for 5 minutes. Add the tofu to the baking tray (reserve the sauce to use as the salad dressing). Bake for 20-35 minutes. Until crispy.
  3. Add all the salad ingredients to a bowl. Toss to combine. Divide into portions and top with cooked tofu, a drizzle of the remaining dressing and fried shallots.
