Easy Mexican Chicken Chicken w/ Rice & Salad
Ingredients
- 250g Raw Chicken Breast, sliced
- 1/2 Packet Fajita Seasoning
- 1 Cup Brown Rice, cooked
- 1 Avocado, mashed
- 4 Cups Garden Salad
Method
- Season the chicken with fajita seasoning. Heat an oven to medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden on the outside and cooked in the middle.
- Serve the cooked chicken with rice, garden salad and smashed avocado.
