Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a frying pan with parchment paper.
  2. To a bowl add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. To a separate bowl add the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared skillet pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until when a skewer is inserted it comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool and then cut into 10 pieces.
