
Healthier Skillet Brownie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Self-Raising Wholemeal Flour
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 2 Eggs, lightly whisked
- 2 Tbsp Yo Pro Vanilla Yoghurt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 Tbsp Melted Nuttelex
- 2-3 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a frying pan with parchment paper.
- To a bowl add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- To a separate bowl add the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared skillet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until when a skewer is inserted it comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and then cut into 10 pieces.
