Healthy Banana Choc Chip Muffin


Ingredients



Method


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a bowl mash the banana. Add the egg, vanilla and almond milk. Whisk until well combined. Stir through the stevia.
  3. Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to the wet ingredients along with the salt and stir until combined.
  4. Fold through the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon into 6 muffin holes.
