These bagels are perfect for a slow Sunday morning as they are best served fresh, straight out of the oven. Top with spread of choice, I went for Biscoff Spread.
1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. To a bowl add the plain, baking powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir to combine. Add the vanilla, blueberries and yoghurt. Stir until a dough starts to form.
3. Divide into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a log then loop it around to create a closed circle.
4. Place bagels onto the prepared tray and brush with milk
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden on the outside.
6. Serve topped with your favourite nut butter.
