Healthy Choc Chip Cookies

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix together with a fork, breaking up any lumps of sugar
  3. In a separate bowl melt the butter. Then add eggs and vanilla. Whisk with a fork to combine.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and mix until the mixture comes together and forms cookie dough. Stir through the chocolate chips
  5. Roll into 12 balls and flatten on the tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden on the outside.
