
This flatbread is the perfect addition to any meal. It is great as a wrap or to simply use for dip.
1. To a bowl add the pumpkin mash, garlic, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
2. Add the flour and using your hands mix into a dough
3. Lightly flour the kitchen bench or a chopping board. Place the dough on top of the lightly floured surface and gently knead until soft (add a little more flour if the mixture is too sticky).
4. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Cook the flatbreads until golden on each side.
5. Serve with your favourite dip or use as a wrap and fill with your desired fillings
