Healthy Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups rice puff cereal
- 1/3 cup dried fruit of choice
- 200g Chocolate
Method
- Line a container or tray with baking paper and set it aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir until they are all completely coated.
- Transfer the rocky road to the prepared container and place in the fridge to set.
- Once set cut into squares.
