
Key Lime Cheesecake Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 x 175g Key Lime Yoghurt
- Zest of 1 lime.
- 4 Biscoff Biscuits, crushed
- 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the yoghurt out over the baking tray. Sprinkle over lime zest, crushed biscuits and coconut.
- Place in the freezer to set.
- Once set, break into pieces.
- Enjoy!
