Method


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Add the miso paste, tahini, vinegar, honey, water, garlic in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Add the salmon fillets to the miso mixture and coat.
  3. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve salmon with cooked rice and salad
