Miso Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 Cups cooked white rice
- Garden salad
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Add the miso paste, tahini, vinegar, honey, water, garlic in a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Add the salmon fillets to the miso mixture and coat.
- Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve salmon with cooked rice and salad
