Oaty Biscoff Cookies

Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. To a bowl add the oats, flour, protein powder and salt and mix until combined.
  3. In a smaller bowl whisk together the biscoff, rice malt syrup, egg, vanilla essence. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix until it all comes together.
  4. Stir through the chocolate chips.
  5. Roll a 2 tablespoons of mixture at a time into a ball and press flat onto the prepared tray.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  7. Enjoy.
