Oaty Biscoff Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Wholemeal SR Flour
- 3 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/3 Cup Biscoff Spread, melted
- 1/4 Cup Rice Malt Strup
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- Pinch Salt
- Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- To a bowl add the oats, flour, protein powder and salt and mix until combined.
- In a smaller bowl whisk together the biscoff, rice malt syrup, egg, vanilla essence. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix until it all comes together.
- Stir through the chocolate chips.
- Roll a 2 tablespoons of mixture at a time into a ball and press flat onto the prepared tray.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
