
Passionfruit Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 160g Yo-pro Passionfruit yoghurt
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Fresh Passionfruit
Method
- To a bowl add the oats, chia seeds, 1/3 of the yoghurt and almond milk. Mix until combined.
- Add half the oat mixture to a jar, add half of the fresh passionfruit, top with the remaining oat mixture.
- Top oats with the remaining yoghurt and passion fruit. Leave in the fridge overnight to set.
- In the morning remove from the fridge and enjoy.
