If you are a fan of peanut butter then you will LOVE these cookies. They have a crispy outside with a soft inside.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add the flour to a mixing bowl, then add peanut butter, vanilla essence, baking powder and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Place a tbsp size of mixture onto the tray. Repeat until all mixture is gone.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes in preheated oven.
- Once cooled option to drizzle or dip the cookies in dark chocolate.
