These soft protein bars are perfect for a quick on the go protein snack.
Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oats, blended into oat flour
- 1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3/4 Cup @mayversfood Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
- Pinch Salt
- 70g Dark Chocolate, melted
Method
- Line a container or tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl add oats, protein powder, peanut butter, rice malt syrup and salt, mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared container. Pour over melted chocolate.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Cut into bars.
