Gluten and Dairy Free Banana Bread



Ingredients



Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 170 Degrees C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl mash the bananas. Add the eggs and yoghurt, mix until well combined. Add the stevia and mix again.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking loaf tin. Add coconut flakes on top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until when a skewer is inserted it comes out clean.
