Sprinkle Rice Puff Slice
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Rice Puffs
- 1/3 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Hazlenut Spread or Cashew Butter
- 2 -3 Tbsp Sprinkles
Method
- Combine the rice puffs, rice malt syrup, vanilla and white chocolate spread in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Line a container or baking tray with parchment paper. Add the spread to the container and press down firmly.
- Add sprinkles over the top of the slice and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Once set cut into 16 slices.
