Salmon Nourish Bowl

Method


In a bowl combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Add the salmon fillets and let sit for 5 minutes.


Meanwhile, steam the carrot, beans and broccoli. Set aside. Microwave packet of rice.


Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the salmon and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy on the outside and cooked in the middle.


To your serving bowl add cooked rice, veggies & salmon. Top with Kimchi and Mayo.
