This meal is packed full of flavour. It has a creamy satay sauce and a mix of different veggies. This meal is great to batch cook for meal prep.

Method


  1. Cooked the noodles according to the packet instructions, set aside. Cook the chicken mince until it is no longer pink, set aisde.
  2. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add the chopped veggies and cook until soft.
  3. Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  4. When the veggies are cooked add the protein, noodles and sauce. Stir until the dish is fully coated. Portion out into 4 servings.
