Overview
This granola is a great way to start the day. It goes perfectly with greek yoghurt and fresh fruit of choice.
Simple Nutty Granola
Ingredients
- 4 Cups oats
- ½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
- ½ cup cashews, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp nuttalex or oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Add all wet ingredients to a separate bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Spread over the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes
