  1. Place the toast into the toaster.
  2. While the toast is cooking add the avocado, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper into a bowl and mash together until well combined.
  3. Once the toast is cooked top with avocado mixture, diced tomato and onion. Sprinkle over some chilli flakes for some heat (optional)
