Overview
Smashed avo can become so repetitive. Why not add a twist and keep things interesting? This smashed avo has a slight kick to it.
Smashed Avo With a Twist
Ingredients
- 2 Slices of sourdough bread
- 100g ripe avocado
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ½ tomato, diced
- ¼ red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- Place the toast into the toaster.
- While the toast is cooking add the avocado, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper into a bowl and mash together until well combined.
- Once the toast is cooked top with avocado mixture, diced tomato and onion. Sprinkle over some chilli flakes for some heat (optional)
