
Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews ? soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 veggie stock cube
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp cornflour
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you want the cheese to be the thicker place it into a saucepan on low heat and heat for 5-10 minutes constantly stirring.
- Make nachos as normal and replace the cheese with vegan cheese
