You will be so surprised at how easy this Nutella is to make. It is so sweet with a perfectly smooth consistency. You won't ever go back to buying store brought Nutella again.

Vegan Nutella
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Hazelnuts
- 1 Cup Vegan Dark Chocolate, melted
- ¼ Cup Cacao Powder
- 4 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- Pinch Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 Degrees C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the hazelnuts over the prepared baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, rub the hazelnuts between the palms of your hands to remove as much of the outer layer as you can.
- Add the hazelnuts to a high-speed blender and blend until they start to form a paste.
- Add the melted chocolate, cacao powder, rice malt syrup, vanilla and salt. Blend until you have your desired Nutella consistency. *NOTE: Depending on your type of blender you may need to add a little almond milk.
