Very Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup frozen berries
- ½ cup greek
- 2/3 cup almond milk
Method
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. This creates a very creamy thick texture if you prefer your oats a little more runny add more milk.
- Allow to set overnight.
- In the morning serve with toppings of choice. I chose walnuts and cacao nibs
