Healthy Sweet Chilli Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
- 3/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
- Salt & Pepper
- Tomato Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Capsicum, cut into strips
- Spinach
- 150g Coles Peri Peri Chicken
- 50g Bega Tasty Cheese
- Light Sweet Chilli Sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. To a bowl add the flour, greek yoghurt, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until the dough starts to come together. Transfer to a surface that has been lightly dusted with flour and knead until soft.
- Cut the dough in half and roll it out until you have 2 pizza bases.
- Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add each pizza base and cook on each side until slightly golden.
- Transfer to a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper. Spread the pizzas sauce over the bases and top with capsicum, spinach, chicken and cheese.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Top with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy.
