Healthy Sweet Chilli Chicken Pizza

Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. To a bowl add the flour, greek yoghurt, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until the dough starts to come together. Transfer to a surface that has been lightly dusted with flour and knead until soft.
  2. Cut the dough in half and roll it out until you have 2 pizza bases.
  3. Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat. Add each pizza base and cook on each side until slightly golden.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray that has been lined with baking paper. Spread the pizzas sauce over the bases and top with capsicum, spinach, chicken and cheese.
  5. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Top with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy.
