Mini Choc Chip Banana Loaves


Ingredients



Method


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
  2. To a bowl add the bananas and mash, add the eggs, yoghurt and vanilla essence, whisk together until well combined.
  3. Add the stevia, flour and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined. Stir through the chocolate chips.
  4. Portion the mixture out into 8 mini loaf moulds.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer is inserted it comes out clean.
