I'm excited that you're ready to start following my workouts! All the workouts I'll be guiding you through have been carefully put together by a personal trainer to make sure they get you the best possible weight loss and health results.

On this page, you'll find 4 weeks worth of various workouts. Feel free to use them in any order you want – or if you're on a specific program, follow the structure that has been laid out for you.
